Although our house is situated quietly a 5-minute stroll will take you to the bars and restaurants. (2 minutes to the shops.) A 10-minute walk or a short bus ride takes you to the village swimming pool. Torrox Pueblo is just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful, blue flag, sandy beaches of Torrox Costa; a 10-minute drive will take you to Nerja and the famous Balcon de Europa and Burriana beach.Also within easy reach, Granada for the magnificent Alhambra Palace. Competa and Frigiliana, 2 picturesque pueblo blancos (white villages).A little further afield, Cordoba for the fantastic mosque. Seville for the Gothic cathedral. Gibraltar- there’s more to Gib than apes! Ronda, a beautiful mountain village with the oldest bull ring in Spain. And, of course, Torrox is only about a 30 minute drive from Malaga International airport. |
